CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
24 hours notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order to withstand a full session charge. Failure to cancel within this time-frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please call (512) 739-5518. If there is no answer, be sure to leave a message and we will check the availability and get back to you with a reschedule confirmation.

TARDINESS POLICY:
Clients are expected to begin check-in at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment. Therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment, and regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session scheduled.
